Loop 7/24

Work with us

Hard, useful work — organised properly.

Laundry rooms and dish pits are demanding places. We cannot change that, but we can make sure you are trained before you start, paid correctly, told your shifts in advance and never left to hold a service together on your own.

Life on a crew

What the job is really like

Most of our operatives work inside a client's building — a hotel laundry in the Eixample, a resort linen room in Palma, a restaurant dish pit off Gran Vía. You are part of the Loop 7/24 crew, but you work alongside the client's housekeeping or kitchen team, and you are the reason their floors open stocked and their service does not stall.

It is warm, physical, on-your-feet work with a clear rhythm to it: collect, wash, check, return. There is a written standard for every stage, so you are never guessing what "good" means. Shifts run around the clock, which is awkward for some people and ideal for others — night operatives in particular tend to stay with us for years.

We hire people with no laundry experience every month. What we cannot train is turning up on time and caring whether the towel you fold is actually clean.

Why join

What you get from us

Six things we commit to for every operative, from a seasonal night shift in Palma to a full-time supervisor in Valencia.

Paid training before your first shift
Induction, food hygiene certification and three shadowed shifts with a crew leader — all paid, all before you are left to run anything alone.
Rotas published two weeks ahead
You know your shifts a fortnight in advance. Swaps go through your crew leader, not a group chat at midnight.
Proper Spanish contracts
Contrato indefinido or fijo discontinuo depending on the role, with overtime, night and public holiday premiums paid as they should be.
You work in a crew, not alone
Every operative belongs to a named crew with a named leader on site. If a shift goes wrong, somebody is there with you.
Move between sites and cities
Mobile crew work pays a travel premium and a van. Seasonal operatives in the Balearics and Costa del Sol get accommodation support.
A route out of the wash floor
Two thirds of our supervisors and crew leaders started as operatives. Supervisor training is internal and it is free.
